Ubriaco al Prosecco
Ubriaco al Prosecco is made in Veneto and is affectionately known as ‘drunken cheese.’ It is washed in gallons of sparkling Prosecco along with any leftovers from the winemaking process, such as the skins and seeds. This gives it a uniquely sweet and delicate aroma along with complex flavours.
The cheese is left immersed for two months and then aged for a further six months. This allows the cheese to absorb all the delicious flavours of the Prosecco. This cheese is fresh and elegantly salted. P Cows
