Finca La Barca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is smoked using the traditional method of the La Vera valley – the home of Spain?s famous smoked paprika ?piment?n?. For a fortnight the oil itself sits in the smokehouse, drawing in the gentle smoke of the holm oak fires.
