Located just outside Sienna, in the rolling Tuscan countryside, Salcis made some fantastic salami. These little baby salamis are perfect to have in your fridge, they are easy to slice with a knife and taste amazing. This one has a pleasing hit of chilli that will go well with a beer, a full bodied red or even a good sparkling white.
