Ricotta and walnut pesto


Inspired by Sicilian tradition, the protagonists of this red pesto are the creaminess of ricotta and the unmistakable flavour of walnuts, well balanced by tomato pulp. A creamy and velvety texture, enriched by the touch of Italian basil.

Sunflower seed oil, ricotta (whey, milk) 20%, tomato pulp, glucose syrup, tomato concentrate, nuts 5.0%, basil 3.8%, Grana Padano DOP cheese (egg lysozyme), salt, cashews 2.4%, whey powder, rice starch, sugar, garlic, natural flavouring (milk), buttermilk powder (milk).
