This cheese is produced in Fuerteventura and made from the whole milk of the indigenous Majorero goats. These goats graze on the wild marjoram, which allows the milk to become rich and highly aromatic. The cheese is aged for four months and then coated in Spanish paprika, which gives it a full and smoky flavour. Majorero has a lovely balance of butter and acidity and has a delicious crumbly texture. U/P Goats
