Handmade hilopites long, essentially flat, square style pasta. Traditional Greek pasta is made from Vlachos, a Greek traditional workshop in Central Greece using the purest ingredients without additives and containing 100% enriched semolina, fresh eggs, and milk. Ideally cooked with tomato sauce and accompanied with red meat or poultry.
