Pate of washed, sorted, de-husked, sliced and salt-ripened hot peppers. They are then minced with the addition of Mediterranean spices and potted in extra virgin olive oil.
Spicy peppers (50%), extra oil, virgin olive oil (30%), sweets peppers (10%), dried tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, unrefined salt, lemon juice.
