The blackberries are harvested in the summer months, mainly in the Rigoni di Asiago lands in Bulgaria. They grow spontaneously on the edge of the woods, along the paths, in the hedges and are a very thirst-quenching fruit. In the preparation of Fiordifrutta, Rigoni di Asiago uses different types of blackberries to make its taste even richer and more varied. The taste: delicate, acidulous and aromatic. Pairings and advice: its taste is perfectly suited to fresh cheeses with a flowery rind or aged and is delicious when paired with chocolate. It is also delicious added to smoothies and yogurt.
